Photography allows the retranscription one’s reality, one’s view of things. All but true to a state, its interest rests in the possibility of sublimating a particular moment, of making it aesthetic, of revealing an emotion which the eye itself cannot grasp. It is the purpose of my work. This website presents moments, instants which I have tried to capture so as to turn them into something else, to turn them into something which makes sense to me.

The city is my favourite playground. It abounds in emotion, in diversity. Imposing, dark buildings, people often squashed in the middle of these facades. But also magical places, out of time, where each individual is different, more under stress or on the contrary more allayed.

But we are not always satisfied with reality. Sometimes we need to go beyond it to better express ours views, our eyes, our neuroses… All the point of the compositions lies here.
